Generic Name: Diltiazem HCl


Classification: Calcium Channel Blocker - Available by prescription only.

Other Names: Cardizem-CD, Cardizem-SR, Dilacor-XR, Diltiazem, Tiazac

Used to treat:

  • Angina - Chest pain due to blockage of arteries to the heart
  • Hypertension - High blood pressure
